This paper mainly study the application of high voltage inverter in the power plant fan energy-saving modification, which is validated with theoretical calculation and practical method to investigate possibility and efficiency of energy conservation, etc., and by using simulation and the actual operation process analyzes the common problems and discusses the solutions.Through the theoretical calculation, we find the electricity saving energy consumption ratioof primary air fan in 330 MW and 300 MW, 250 MW, 200 MW load is 14.3%, 14.3% and 28%;the ratio of induced draft fan in 332 MW, 302 MW, 251 MW, 201 MW load is 8.9%, 12.6%, 23%, 8.9%;the ratio of blower fan in 332 MW, 302 MW, 250 MW, 200 MW load is 8.9%, 18.9%, 25.4%, 30.3%.To calculate the energy saving of primary air fan,induced draft fan and blower fanas a single unit power generating capacity is 2.1 billion kWh, unit load rate 80%, running 8000 hours calculation shows we can save power consumption is 3.67176 million k W h,3.5864 million kWh,2.32776 million kWh, the total energy saving 9.58592 million kWh,the investment recovery period of them were 0.734, 1.683 and 1.02 years.The energy saving reconstruction results of foshan and guizhou running well.The other benefits of fan variable frequency drive is shown as: the improve of power factor of the network side;equipment operation and maintenance cost down;To adapt to the power grid voltage fluctuation ability, wide working voltage range, etc.If fan inverter air conditioning system in the actual running result of electricity power take 20 kW, running 7500 hours, the energy leakage of 150000 kWh, the # 1 machine inverter festival power of 15.207 million kWh, # 2 machine will be 12.525 million kWh, which can save about 9586.4 tce standard coalevery year.Power plants meet some problems in the high voltage inverter after transforming whichhas been solved well, using simulation to analyze potential problems at the same time, reduce potential failure as much as possible. |
