| Because of the complicated structure and poor environmental conditions, the construction quality control of steel bridge deck pavement has always been a difficult problem in pavement engineering field. If the structural design is unreasonable and the construction quality control is lax, the steel bridge deck pavement is prone to rut,delamination,cracking and other early damage. Many steel bridge deck pavements have been built up in china generally suffered varying degrees of early damage. Although the research and application of steel bridge deck pavement materials and structure have made a great progress,the research of construction quality control theory and technology is still lagging behind. Therefore,to carry out the research on the quality control of steel bridge deck pavement is very important to prevent the generation of early disease,prolong the service life and improve the economic benefit of bridge operation.In this paper,based on the example of Guangzhou Huangpu bridge deck pavement overhaul engineering, Carring out the investigation and evaluation of the old pavement quality of Huangpu Bridge,and introducing the structure design scheme.In the aspects of material and structure, put forward the technical requirements of material and structure. On this basis,the key process of steel bridge deck pavement construction is introduced,and the key points of quality control are summarized,which can guide the construction company target on quality control.With Huangpu bridge deck pavement overhaul engineering as background,constructing a reasonable steel deck pavement construction process quality control index system,adopting a more reasonable and simple comprehensive weight combination method(G1 method and entropy method) to determine the weight of each index,finally according to the established index score standard and the the measured value of construction process of a phase, quality evaluation value of steel deck pavement construction process can be obtained,realizing the goal of quality dynamic assessment and monitoring.In view of the defects of the acceptance / rejection of the engineering payment method based on the quality of the qualified and unqualified standards, introducing the pay adjustment method which has been well development and application in foreign,through the analysis of foreign payment index research and application,combined with China’s steel bridge deck pavement specification and the actual situation, and combined with the intermediate control and afterwards control, put forward the view of combining process quality control and acceptance index,eventually derive a simple,practical and reasonable pay adjustment formula,providing reference and inspiration for the construction quality control of steel bridge deck pavement in our country. |
