With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the importance of cushioning packaging in transportation has been increasing,especially the paper cushioning packaging has been widely studied and applied under the impact of the "green packaging" trend.Selecting the overall package of a smart toilet as the research object,using Creo2.0 to implement the modeling of paper cushioning packaging,and carrying out simulation research through ANSYS simulation transport,exploring the fatigue caused by the vibration of the package,verifying the rationality of packaging design.The main content of the research was to use the packaging dynamics theory to convert the toilet to be studied into a two-degree-of-freedom three-order nonlinear system,and to conduct in-depth research on the different factors affecting the system,results showed that the influence of the mass ratio,damping ratio,etc.on the buffering effect varies;the project combined the theoretical knowledge of buffer packaging,used the corrugated paper experience formula and multi-step uniform method to calculate the properties of the finite element simulation material,obtain the Poisson's ratio,the elastic modulus in multiple directions of corrugated cardboard,and applied fatigue vibration test to the seven-layer corrugated cardboard,fit the measured data to obtain the relationship between its load and life curve;this paper developed a full corrugated paper buffer package,designed a three-dimensional research model through Creo2.0,imported the model into ANSYS Workbench to implement finite element analysis,set the transport condition to a two-layer stacking code,and performed static simulation and random vibration simulation from the static and dynamic analysis of the various parts of the packaging system stress and strain,the simulation found that the buffer packing part of the maximum stress and strain appear in the lower liner,so that the cushion liner was prone to damage part of fatigue analysis;on the premise of using ANSYS Workbench static simulation results,Fatigue Tool simulation performed on the corrugated showed that the maximum fatigue damage value of the liner is 4.02%.Considering the actual transportation conditions,the three-interval method was used to calculate the fatigue life of random vibration and the coefficient of use was calculated to be 0.27.Both fatigue analysis results showed that the liner had a lower degree of fatigue failure.Through modeling and simulating fatigue analysis of toilet package,this paper summarized the simulation process and the fatigue damage theory of cushioning packaging to prove the rationality of paper packaging,it had guiding significance for the packaging design of large ceramic products.
