Before large-scale construction project by project venues around the wells were studied Jet Mixing Pile + double sealing curtain piles forming process using pre-engineering surrounded by well test and use plaxis finite element software tools, combined with the theory, as well as around the well test and measurement data for double sealing curtain-depth analysis,summarized the following aspects:1. double aspect Sealing Construction Technology of Curtain1). Mixing Pile & Jet lap pile: mixing piles age during 7-10 days Churning Pile effect will be better.2). in the region of spin spraying sand reclamation work, because the entire Foundation and Bottom at a certain depth are in the permeable layer in order to ensure the quality of pile and lap width, oozing slurry volume to reach 25 percent, and according to actual construction process to reduce risk, such as pulp appropriately selected nozzle velocity and drill to enhance the speed,according to the excavation of the jet grouting pile diameter measurement, the actual design of the pile diameter higher than 35 to 45%, note less plasma volume and design.2. the analog dual sealing curtain four different modes embedded solid seepage field of finite element analysis reveals the extent of precipitation in foundation pit water level of foreign influence and the degree of hydraulic connection inside and outside the pit, pit bottom soil permeability coefficient,After setting the seal on the extent of change curtain seepage pathways.3. through the terms of site monitoring, detection, effects, and to verify the actual excavation double sealing curtain in the project is feasible.
