To sum up, there are only a few public building energy saving reconstruction projects in China.Xi'an did not begin researches on exsiting public building energy saving until recent years. Therefore, it is short of technologies for public building energy saving modification. Xi'an has the maximum amount of campus buildings in the northwestern part of China. Campus buildings, as the typical public buildings in Xi'an, should be selected to be the building energy saving modification demonstration objects.
