| With the development of logistics industry towards the integration, globalization and informatization, the role of material distribution in the whole logistics system is accounted for an increasingly large proportion, the route of transportation will directly affect the cost,delivery speed and benefit. In the business of transportation, vehicle scheduling problem has a wide range of factors which need to consider, emergency supplies distribution is a special case, the destination, number, accuracy and prediction of emergency supplies play important roles in the supporting and guarantee disaster relief activities.The transportation of relief is the key to ensure the smoothly work, the vehicle routing problem of transportation of relief is the key of the rescue work. Emergency logistics under the dynamic condition is a special case, a reasonable route plan can effectively reduce the vehicle’s empty loading rate and improve the utilization rate of vehicles. The essence of emergency material delivery route problem is the vehicle routing problem. But the condition of route will change at any time in emergencies, especially in earthquakes, landslides, road condition, so the traditional optimization algorithm can not solve the problems in real time.The problem appears in the transportation of relief is focused on in the article, bases on the advantages and disadvantages of existing VRP(Vehicle Routing Problem) problem,solving actual problem as the starting point, combining with the characteristics of ant colony algorithm, improving the VRP mathematical model, put dynamic traffic factor in the original VRP mathematical model, the primary work and conclusions are as follows:The importance of emergency logistics is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of general VRP mathematical model is studied, based on the view of the problem in this article, considered the emergency logistics, adding dynamic traffic factor to build the improved VRP mathematical model; To solve the VRP problem with the dynamic road conditions, considered the number of ants, the path of destination, length, pheromones,expectations in the ant colony algorithm, and their roles in VRP mathematical model isdiscussed, thus, conducted a comprehensive analysis on this question, the actual hypothesis points of latitude and longitude as the destination reference points is used to make MATLAB simulation, and the factors that affect its convergence is discussed; after the vehicle routing is identified, STS(Spring Source Tool Suite) is used as the development platform, java as development language and studies the 3G wireless communication technology, the beidou satellite communication technology, analysis and design emergency supplies vehicle dispatching platform, to track vehicles in real-time and monitor emergency supplies of transport process more accurately. |
