Reinforced concrete structure is one of the commonly used design forms of civil engineering structure. along with the widespread application in civil engineering, its durability issue has caused the attention of all over the world. With the growth of service age, the durability of structure material appeared all kinds of inevitable damage, and the research on mechanical properties of the structure or component with material damage tend to be more practical significance. Under normal atmospheric conditions, the most prominent of the two aspects on performance of the material damage in durability of reinforced concrete is concrete carbonation and steel corrosion. And in general, concrete carbonation is the premise condition of steel corrosion in concrete structures, there are some inevitable coupling relationship between them. This paper made the following work:(1) The comprehensive analysis of steel corrosion and mechanical behavior of concrete carbonation and constitutive relation proposed constitutive model is applicable to damage analysis of reinforced concrete structures. The carbonation of concrete constitutive, without carbonation of concrete carbonation of concrete on the basis of relevant parameters for reduction; constitutive relations on steel selection, pushed out of the stress-strain constitutive model based on different corrosion rates; reinforced concrete bond slip, based on previous studies on the stress slip curve theory under different corrosion rate analysis.(2) with respect solely of concrete carbonation, steel corrosion prediction, this paper, based on previous studies, the establishment of a carbonized under normal atmospheric environment in Xi’an- rust combination forecasting model. The model for the structure of its argument age service, combined with some engineering test data for model validation.(3) Based on the intact after shear achieve effective simulation on the basis of ABAQUS software, based on the material durability damage, selected service members during the critical nodes of shear impact study material damage and make the the research on material damage shear wall mechanical properties,then make the conclusion:1 When the shear wall service age reach the steel bar corrosion time, The carbonation of concrete Will make the ultimate bearing capacity, yield load and the overall stiffness increases, but its yield displacement and ultimate displacement corresponding energy consumption capacity and structure ductility decreases.2 When service age reach the time of Concrete began to rust expansion, various mechanical performance degradation of Shear walls would accelerated, Ultimate load, peak displacement, ductility coefficient is relative to the intact shear wall to reduce about 40% less.3 The service age Continue to grow(reater than corrosive time), The bond-slip between steel bar and reinforced concrete begin to happen, various performance indexes under reciprocating load would rapidly reduced.When shear wall serving age to achieve internal rebar corrosion rate is about 10%(this article selected 103 shear wall ages corresponding service), The various performance of Shear wall is reduced more than 50%.
