Public building as one of the main building category, has a huge number and various kinds,the energy-saving transformation of it also has became the attention focus,and the hotel building is an important part of public buildings,so the research of energy saving reconstruction technique has been more and more attention.There are many hotel buildings built during the period of energy-saving norms were imperfect in Jiangsu cold areas,they did not meet the basic conditions for building envelope insulation measures,which led them have a huge energy consumption,and also can not create a good indoor environment.So the energy saving for this type of hotel buildings is necessary and urgent.Through the field research of existing hotel buildings in the cold regions of Jiangsu,I analysis the current status of their operations,indoor environmental comfort and envelope structure.Then sort the problems,combined with climatic characteristics and regional characteristics of hotel buildings,summarized at home and abroad public building envelope energy-saving related means and made suitable for the existing hotel building’s energy-saving technology system in Jiangsu cold areas.Eventually to tutor academic team of scientific research project-Xuzhou Peng Cheng Hotel Existing public buildings energy-saving demonstration project(EEB 2014 annual provincial grant funds special boot project),and take the project as a research carrier,use energy-saving software to calculate,then to prove its scientific and feasible.Hope to provide a reference for future research of existing hotel building retaining structure energy-saving technology.
