Based on the indoor thermal environment of an apartment in cold area and enclosure structure heat loss test,study of existing apartment building energy consumption status and energy saving strategy.This paper take the Second Graduate Student Apartment of Northeast Electric Power University which was preliminary energy saving transformed renovated building as the study object,research and analysis the actual energy consumption situation of student apartment building envelope,master the heat insulation of building envelope,indoor thermal environment and energy consumption of the heating process in the actual use of student apartment building,basing on data collection and statistical analysis of heat transfer coefficient of building envelope and indoor thermal environment and the building heating of student apartment building in the heating period.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of building envelope and the heating energy consumption of the object are much higher than 75%of the energy-saving standards in Jilin Province at present stage.There are many problems in building envelope of this student apartment,such as the serious building energy consumption,and have a larger building energy-saving space.Secondly,the effective heat transfer coefficient method is used to analyze the energy consumption and thermal parameters of the project,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the subsequent building mode.Through the calculation of the heat retaining structure is an important factor to affect the energy consumption of the building,as the research should focus on energy-saving building;The thermal insulation performance of the building envelope is insufficient,resulting in serious heat loss and large energy consumption of the heating.The key points of the energy saving of the enclosure structure are as follows: Exterior Windows(doors),exterior walls,roofs and air infiltration.Energy Plus was used to analyze the influence of different building envelope renovation measures on building heating energy consumption.It is firstly proposed that the paraffin base phase change material(PCM)is used for the improvement strategy of outer wall plastering.The results indicate that the existing apartment buildings have a great potential for energy saving in severe cold region;the improved PCM wall and floor heating system is more beneficial for energy saving;the slope roof is more energy-efficient than the inverted roof and the suitable windows form in Jilin region.These can provide useful information for energy-saving of existing apartment building envelope in severe cold region.
