Research On Technical Of Appropriateness Of Energy-saving Reforming Design For External Retaining Structures Of College Student Apartments In Jiangsu Cold Region

The college students’ apartment is the residential building in the college campus and an indispensable part of the college building.And its energy consumption occupies a proportion that can not be ignored in the total energy consumption in the campus.Therefore, reducing the energy consumption of college student apartment is one of the most effective ways to save energy.Most of the existing students,apartments in the old campus of some colleges in cold area of Jiangsu Province were built in 80s and 90s of twentieth century .Their energy saving measures of peripheral retaining structure are relatively simple.This leads to poor thermal insulation effect of the room.It is difficult to form a better indoor thermal environment and at the same time it wasted a lot of energy.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the energy saving reform for the existing students’ apartments of some colleges in the cold region of Jiangsu Province.This topic comes from the scientific research project of the mentor team--<Research on energy saving technology and energy saving system of college building under the intermittent energy mode> (Science and technology program of Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Development in 2014.) .Based on the status of the existing students’ apartments of colleges in cold region of Jiangsu Province and based on the existing problems ,we choose the energy saving technology suitable for the energy saving reconstruction of peripheral retaining structure of the existing students’apartments of colleges in cold region of Jiangsu Province. And we initially established the energy saving retrofit system suitable for the existing students’ apartments of colleges in cold region of Jiangsu Province.And in this paper we took the real case ,the No. 1st students’ apartment in Wenchang campus of China University of Mining and Technology , as an example to verify energy saving effect of the retrofit measures.Through the energy saving software to analyze the energy consumption, the best energy saving scheme finally came out.Lastly, I hope that the research of this paper can be a reference for the architectural design and energy conservation of some related fields...
