In May 2007,the State Council in the energy conservation and emissions reduction work plan in the process of thought in the 11 th five-year plan to achieve the aim of energy saving reconstruction,in May 2012,in the twelve five think that promoting building energy efficiency in the process of energy conservation planning reform is a key task,stick to the policy of liaoning province,in order to fully achieve this goal,in the five year plan period actively carried out energy-saving renovation work,obtained obvious effect after modification,but in the maintenance section also appeared some problems,the details of the full discussion and analysis of specific issues:First of all,the author searched specific documents to understand the situation of the reconstruction technology of housing structure in shenyang,analyzed the main materials and application methods of the technology.Secondly,according to the survey data of the maintenance structure transformation results of the 325 completed energy-saving construction project in shenyang,the paper fully summarized the quality problems of the maintenance structure nodes,discussed from the aspects of design,construction and operating conditions,and analyzed the quality problems.Finally,analyzed the durability of building energy efficiency,waterproof,moisture resistance,and security,etc.,and the maintenance structure for external concerns arising from the construction are discussed in this paper,the design and construction scheme of energy-saving renovation project,sufficient to ensure the engineering quality and energy-saving effect,residents’ satisfaction has been improved.
