Urban subway has been developing rapidly recent years with the acceleration of urbanization, and the security problems in subway construction has draw much attention. But at present, most of existing documents analyse security hidden danger in the process of subway construction from the angle of technology, and nearly none of them analyzes the direct causes of accidents from the angle of personal factors of construction workers. So this paper researches present condition of security management in the process of subway construction, and reveals the deficiency of security management.It studies the human error and bases on the analysis of the Cognitive Theory,defines the concept and connotations of human error in subway construction in this paper. Besides this paper counts safety accidents in the process of subway construction from 2003 to 2015 and analyses them from different angles. then it concludes that human error is the main cause of accidents according to statistics of subway construction accident and exsisting documents. After that, this paper recongnizes 38 influencing factors of human error by literature reading, experts interview and making questionnaire and investigates the influence of each factor in human error in the form of questionnaire. At last, this paper identifies six main components with the Principal component analysis. Those main components are psychological factors, physical factors, individual skill, working environment,organization management and safety culture.According to the steps and methods of empirical research, this paper composes questionnaire of the six influencing factors and makes descriptive statistical analysis,validity and reliability analysis by using statistical analysis softwares such as the SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0, and tests, operates, and modifies the initial structural equation model by the AMOS21.0 software, then it gets the optimal model.Furthermore, this paper use the initial and optimal model to testify the theoretical assumptions and clarify the influencing mechanism and paths of the six factors to reduce human error. Then it analyses and discusses results of the empirical research.At last, this paper puts forward specific measures from three levels to reduce human errors according to the results of analysis.
