Study On The Influence Of Human Unsafe Behavior On Near Miss In Subway Construction Stage

With the rapid development of subway construction in China,the subway construction safety accidents occur frequently.Effective management and control of near miss in subway construction can reduce the accidents from the source.The factors that lead to the near miss are complicated,among which the unsafe behavior of people is an important factor.This paper takes the near miss in subway construction as the research object,puts forward the relationship hypothesis of the human unsafe behaviors and the near miss in subway construction,constructs the influence model of human unsafe behaviors on the near miss in subway construction,and carries out empirical tests.In the end,the influence path and intensity of human unsafe behavior on near miss of subway construction are clarified.First,this paper analyzes the theory of human unsafe behaviors and near miss.The definition of human unsafe behaviors in subway construction are put forward,and the unsafe behaviors are classified from two aspects of employee individual and managers.The related concepts of near miss in subway construction are defined,and the causal model of subway construction near miss is constructed based on accident cause theory.Secondly,the method of the equation model is used.Build the influence models of unsafe behaviors of individual employees and managers on the near miss in subway construction stage.Based on the scale design and data collection,the data reliability and validity tests and model empirical analysis are carried out.The results show that employees' unsafe compliance behavior and bad participation behavior have a significant impact on the near miss of subway construction,in which the influence of unsafe compliance behavior is strong.The safety atmosphere has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between employees' unsafe compliance behaviors and the near miss.Improper allocation of resources,defects in training and command,and failure to implement supervision and inspection have a significant impact on near miss of subway construction,and the safety atmosphere plays a part of the intermediary role in the influence of managers' unsafe behavior on the near miss.Finally,based on the case analysis,the gray correlation analysis method is used to get the correlation ranking of the unsafe behaviors and near miss in subway construction.From the aspect of human behavior control,this paper proposes measures to prevent near miss and analyzes the application effect.The research results of this paper are of theoretical significance and practical value for effectively controlling the near miss,reducing the safety accidents of subway construction,and improving the level of pre-control management of subway construction.
