Transporting patients in the hospital belong to common nursing operations, which about 70% of the medical adverse events is about patient transporting. The only way to ensure the patients protection is to precise and manage the patient’s transport process effectively. This paper completed the design of scoop stretcher vehicle, based on incision safety analysis, and the study on the evaluation model of nurse interaction, to ensure the safety of patients and the comfort of nurses during the product process.By using the method of field observation and questionnaire survey, the study of the nurse group was completed. Through the establishment of the nurse user model and the definition of the use of context, from the data requirements, functional requirements and other needs the points to extract the user needs. Using Kano model, completing the user needs classification, based on the user’s satisfaction with the requirements, the completion of the user demand priority ranking.After screen the user needs, determining the function of shovel type stretcher vehicle and function FAST. Based on the patients and nurses body size, a new type of shovel type stretcher vehicle is designed. According to the working principle of the novel spade type stretcher vehicle, the programme of work of the spade type stretcher vehicle is determined.Through the experiment analysis the process of the transfer whether will affect the patients’ muscle incision. Based on the study of muscle incision, classification and establishing the physical model of muscle incision. On the basis of the mechanical model, the quality, the weight, the position of the incision and the shape of the incision were studied. Establishing the evaluation model of the working efficiency shovel type stretcher vehicle, determine the working plan of the shovel type stretcher vehicle, and obtain the specifications of the shovel type stretcher vehicle.From the perspective of designers, managers and technical staff, three HCI program of the new type of shovel stretcher vehicle, as the evaluation program are developed.Based on HCI design principles and functional selection, ease of use, reliability, easy to learn, as the indicator of medical service products HCI evaluation system, the weight of each evaluation index values are determined by experts. The experiment and expert scoring form the qualitative and quantitative index value are obtained. Through the evaluation model of the spade type stretcher vehicle three man-machine interface design scheme evaluation, selection of optimal design scheme as the spade type stretcher vehicle interaction scheme.
