Taking the satellite overall design as application background, this dissertation studies its design scheme's comprehensive evaluation method.The satellite overall design is, when designing a satellite, what you should consider about is integrated feasures and functions, and see clearly the interaction and interrelation among all the system components. The evaluation of satellite overall design schemes is just selecting the optimal one among candidate schemes under considering the following factors, i.e. performance, investment, life cycle of development, and its risks, etc. Therefore, in a considerable degree, the selected scheme meets the specified functions and adapts to the external environment. Satellite overall design belongs to complicated engineering system. Its scheme evaluation is very important for satellite design, which will directly influence the satellite's performance, lifespan, reliability, life cycle of development and even its success.The evaluation methods of satellite overall design schemes mainly include analysis hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) and so on. However, the traditional AHP and FCE have the shortcoming of inaccurately calculated weights of the evaluation index. Therefore, this dissertation analyses the evaluation content and evaluation indexes, then sets up comprehensive evaluation index system with hierarchical structure, and at last gives out the human-computer cooperative AHP-FCE evaluation method, which is utilized to evaluate satellite overall design schemes. In this evaluation method, evaluation index weights are calculated by human-computer cooperative AHP method, and then the comprehensive evaluation model is chosen according to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, at last the comprehensive evaluation is done. Where human-computer interactive genetic algorithm proposed by our team is adopted to calculate the index weights of AHP and assure the consistency of judging matrix, and corresponding membership grade functions are given according to different quantitative and qualitative indexes in the whole evaluation system. Moreover, the evaluation steps and procedure of human-computer cooperative AHP-FCE is given in this dissertation. Concerning there are many experts involved in the evaluation process, it is necessary for them to communicate with each other, so two layers C/S model network comprehensive evaluation system is set up in LAN, and the network evaluation system framework and its functional module are given.At last, concerning the examples of the retrievable artificial satellite overall design schemes and the satellite cabin's layout design schemes, if we use the human-computer cooperative AHP-FCE method mentioned above, the objectivity and scientificity of the evaluation result can be assured, which is better than the traditional AHP, FCE, and the common grade method. Moreover, using the human-computer cooperative AHP-FCE, we can not only synthetically evaluate and best chose the evaluated scheme but also find out its inadequacy, so as to regulate and improve it.This subject is financially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.50175009, 50275019) and Doctoral Specialty Foundation of Colleges and Universities (No. 20010141005).
