Relay based subsystem is commonly used to complete the power supply,logic control, signal conversion and other functions in missiles, rockets and other weapon systems.The character of this kind of subsystem is long-term storage but only use once. Therefore, it is of great importance to evaluate the reliability of subsystem.In this paper, the storage failure mechanism of subsystem is studied and the accelerated degradation test,reliability assessment are studied using the degradation parameters.Relay is the key components of subsystem, in order to determine the sensitive parameters of subsystem, the storage failure mechanism of relay is analyzed. And the Finite Element Analysis is used in the stress relaxation of relay by the UG, Flux and Adams software. Based on the simulation analysis, the degradation rule of the parameters of relay is obtained. According to the the degradation rule of relay, the subsystem’s degradation rule is obtained using matlab simulation.Aiming at the lake of test system, a degradation parameters test system for the subsystem is developed. Acording to the constituent of the subsystem, the signals of the measured point are processed and sampled. By designing the software algorithm of slave comuter, the measured signals are processed and degradation parameters are obtained. The host computer is designed using VC++ language and the CAN bus is used in the connection between slave comuter and host computer. Using CAN bus, the control command can be sent and the measurement results can be receved.In order to improve the efficeency of the test, the accelerated degradation test program is designed. With the study of accelerated degradation testing procedure, applicability of different types testing and environment stress, testing types, types of stress, stress level, sample quantity, monitoring parameters and testing situations are designed. And the accelerated degradation test is carried out based on the program.Aiming at the characteristic of small sample, high reliable, t he relibility assessment method of relay based subsystem is studied based on Wiener process in this paper. According to the theory of wiener process, the reliability model of subsystem is built. With the bayesian thoery, MCMC method, combined with degradation data of rely and subsystem, paratmeter is estimate d by Winbugs software. The curve of accelerated degradation reliability is obtained using the estimated results. And then, comlete the reliability assessment based on the model.
