Study On The Coupling Planning Of Urban Center System And Rail Transit

Large cities in our country have entered a stage of rapid development. With the continued spread of urban scale, the cities are facing the problem of spatial development transformation. The classic cases of urban development indicate traffic, especially public transport, can adjust the evolution of urban structure. And rail transportation play a powerful role in the formation of multi center city space structure.This paper is divided into the following several parts:Firstly,this paper proposes the integrations of urban center system and rail transportation in time and space level, material and non-material level and the necessity and feasibility of coupling system’s establishment. And through the further analysis shows that the coupling mechanism of the dual system: space support, intrinsic motivation and external influence and the coupling efficiency.Second, building multi-level urban center system coupled with rail transit planning method. By logistics model, This paper discusses rail transit and urban spatial relationship under the interaction of city center system evolution process from the city center system level. Through the analysis of coupling evolution, coupling evolution stage can be divided into "single center to more than one main deputy adjustment" stage, "more than a master deputy stable" stage, "more than a deputy to the main center adjustment" and "polycentric stable phase". According to the characteristics and goals at different stages of development, the paper discusses the key points of the coupling strategy at different stages.Thirdly, the paper establishes the dynamic assessment system of coupling planning, using the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method, based on "spatial consistency", "benefit maximization" and "reliability" coupling planning evaluation system. First of all,, choose the commonly used evaluation index in a large number of relevant literature and case analysis. Then the author invites experts and relevant personnel to to rate how important, a number of indicators selected contribution rate is higher, index system is established. Finally, scholars and experts evaluate the relative importance of index, so the author get the index weight calculation.Finally, this paper takes Xiamen city center system and the rail transit planning as a example, and put forward the double system coupl ing, opinions and put forward the relevant planning promotion by the conclusion of expert scoring for Xiamen double coupling system planning, in order to provide reference for the related planning and urban studies.
