The Research Of The Problems In The Planning Of Urban Rail Transit Construction And Their Countermeasures Of China

In recent years, to meet the needs of the urban development and to following the rapid development of city group, our country railway faces the large-scale development period, However, some problems gradually exposed in this process, there are misunderstandings on the meaning of rail traffic and also the mistakes on the planning, which are not only generated from the operational problems but also loopholes in management. But as a starting point and basis of the rail transportation construction, the ultimate effect of planning on the development of rail transit system has inestimable influence, So the paper selects the planning as the point to analysis the development of our urban rail transit. In the hope of grasping a better overview from the perspective of social development, during the process, this study combined the knowledge of urban planning, land usage and comprehensive urban traffic development.Planning is the soul of rail transportation construction. To improved it is to fully sort out all aspects of the relationship in rail transit construction plan and further promote the development of China’s urban rail transit, thus we shall put much more effort on this process,From this starting point for research, this article includes four sections:Firstly, by analyzing the causes of rail traffic generated, and the evolution of their functions, we can understand deeply the essences and characteristics of urban rail transit from the source; Secondly, through classifying the existing development patterns of China’s rail transportation, we can compare it with foreign similar cases and analyze the current development of China’s urban rail transit, so as to find out the differences and deficiencies; Again, choosing Changsha rail transit construction plan as a specific case,we can integrate the conclusions which mentioned in previous sections before into the case and analyze the specific performance and hazards of this problems in construction of rail transit plan, so as to find out the causes of these deficiencies; Finally, by summarizing the above findings and make good use of them, we can make recommendations to optimize the construction of urban rail transit planning.
