| Dairy product is one of the foods which has the most comprehensive nutrition.,though compared to eggs and flesh,people have relatively low demand for dairy products in our country, People’s diet structure has changed a lot as people’s living standard raisies continuously. The times of diet structure mainly made up of energy food has become history.Milk powder is the uppermost species of dairy product in our country, which accounted for solid 65% yield of dairy products. The production value of milk powder accounts for about one-third of the total industrial output value of dairy products.Measureing the constituents of milk powder accurately has been attracted more and more attention. Currently, there are several ways to measure the milk constituents, and all of them have their own advantages as well as disadvantages.In the paper a new way to measure milk constituents is carried out. The new technology utilizes the scattered light to transmitted light ratio of laser light to token the amount of protein and fat in the milk powder.The paper design a detecting system to detect the amount of protein and fat in the milk powder based on the theory analysis of scattered light to transmitted light ratio of laser light detecting method , the work is as follows:1. Making theory analysis of scattered light to transmitted light ratio of laser light detecting method to detect the protein and fat in the milk powder, discussing the relationship between the existing of the protein and fat with the ratio of scattered light -to- transmitted light,and builted the math model ;2. Designing hardware module of the detection system including LPC2210 control circuit, power supply circuit, data acquisition circuit, LCD display circuit, and the expansion of A/D converter circuit.3. Designing software of the detection system , which realized the transplant ofμC/OS-II to LPC2210 and the applications of task programming on the platform ofμC/OS-II. According to the needs of system and the basic requirement of task decomposition, the system is divided into eight tasks such as LCD display, A/D conversion, real-time clock deplay and so on, which are coordinated and achieved byμC/OS-II.The paper completed the design of milk podwer ingredients detector based on the work above, which validates that the scattered light to transmitted light ratio detecting method used in milk powder detection is feasible, and provides a new milk powder detection method. |
