Asphalt pavement cold recycling technology can use old asphalt pavement materials,and can also be constructed at room temperature,which is very beneficial for energy conservation and environmental protection.However,the cold-recycled asphalt concrete pavement has low early strength,long road maintenance time,and blocked traffic operation.In order to improve the initial strength of the cold recycled asphalt mixture and the road performance during use,the light oil regenerant is applied to the cold recycled asphalt mixture,firstly diluting and dissolving the aged asphalt with light oil,and then regenerating the regenerator with the aged asphalt.The performance of the reclaimed asphalt is improved,and the performance of the cold reclaimed asphalt mixture is finally improved.The effects of light oil regenerant on the strength of cold reclaimed asphalt mixture were studied by splitting test and compressive test under different light oil regenerant dosages.Different light oil fractions were obtained by comparison of water immersion splitting strength and dry splitting strength.The amount of regenerant added to the water stability can be determined by the rutting test to determine the relationship between the amount of light oil regenerant and the high temperature stability.In order to apply the light oil regenerant more scientifically to the cold regeneration technology,the chopping test and the Marshall test are used to determine the time after mixing the light oil regenerant with the old asphalt mixture and the light oil content in the light oil regenerant.The ratio of the regenerant blending was then verified by the road performance test to obtain the gain effect of the time and the blending ratio.The splitting test and compression test of cold reclaimed asphalt mixture under different old materials are carried out to determine the reasonable dosage of light oil regenerant under different old materials,and then mix the cold reclaimed asphalt with reasonable regenerant.The materials were tested for water stability,high temperature stability test and low temperature crack resistance test.The relationship between the amount of old materials and the road performance of adding light oil regenerant cold recycled asphalt mixture was studied.Through the above research methods,it is shown that the strength and road performance of the cold reclaimed asphalt mixture are improved when the amount of the light oil regenerant is 0.9%.After the light oil regenerant is mixed with the old asphalt mixture,the subsequent process can be carried out,and the regeneration efficiency is high.The reasonable blending ratio of the light oil component and the regenerant in the light oil regenerant is 7:3.As the amount of old materials in the cold recycled asphalt mixture increases,the amount of light oil regenerant in the cold recycled asphalt mixture should be increased.After adding the light oil regenerant,the water stability and low temperature of the cold recycled asphalt mixture.The crack resistance performance increases with the increase of the old material content,and the high temperature stability decreases with the increase of the old material content.
