With the rapid development of social economy,especially nighttime economy,the demand for nighttime lighting is increasing.Urban nighttime lighting pursues both functional lighting and landscape lighting.At present,the research of light pollution in China is relatively lacking,and light pollution has become a serious problem in urban environment.Light pollution has a certain impact on astronomical observation,human health and ecological balance.However,due to the lack of relevant standards,monitoring system and light pollution evaluation system,a large number of unreasonable lighting facilities and unreasonable lighting planning and design are produced in the current urban night light environment,which aggravates the phenomenon of light spillover at night and makes the evaluation and prevention of light pollution in the urban light environment Governance has become an urgent problem in urban development.At present,most of the scholars in various countries use the satellite remote sensing observation data to carry out the comparative study and analysis of the light pollution on the national scale between countries and between domestic and foreign cities,lacking the comparison between domestic and foreign cities.In order to better grasp and study the situation of the light pollution in China's cities,this study takes the typical regional commercial and residential areas in Dalian and Milan as the research object,through field measurement,numerical analysis,model analysis,etc.First of all,through a large number of domestic and foreign literature study,this paper summarizes the research methods of light pollution.It mainly summarizes the light pollution from the aspects of remote sensing observation,ground measurement,the establishment and development of light pollution quantitative model,and the combination of light pollution and geographic information system.This paper analyzes the theory of light pollution,including the types of light pollution,evaluation indicators,sky brightness level,urban sky light environment level,light pollution hazards and national prevention and control measures.Provide theoretical support for the follow-up study.The field investigation and analysis of the characteristics of the light environment in Milan and Dalian provide the basis for the followup study.After that,according to the previous theoretical basis,technical means and investigation,the typical areas of Milan and Dalian were measured on the spot.Through field investigation,the residential area and commercial area in the city are typical areas of nighttime light environment.There are many light pollution problems and great differences between the two areas.Therefore,the typical commercial and residential areas of Milan and Dalian are measured.The light environment evaluation index data of star brightness,illuminance,spectrum,color rendering index and color temperature in typical areas are measured,and the light pollution degree is analyzed quantitatively based on the measured data.The light environment data of Milan commercial and residential area,Dalian commercial and residential area were compared and analyzed.The light environment difference of different functional areas in the city,and the influence of different light source types and light source distribution on light pollution were analyzed.The light environment data of Milan and Dalian commercial area,Milan and Dalian residential area are compared and analyzed,and the influence of different types of commercial and residential modes,different types of commercial and residential light sources and different light source distribution characteristics on light pollution is analyzed.It provides a reference for the night lighting planning and light pollution control in Dalian.Finally,the construction of visual map of urban artificial light environment at night is explored.By using GIS technology,combined with the measured light environment data,the visual map of many parameters of artificial light environment at night was constructed in Milan and Dalian,and the distribution of light pollution evaluation index data such as star brightness,illuminance and color temperature in each functional area was further analyzed.And combined with the team's previous measurement of the night artificial light environment in other areas of Dalian City,further build the night artificial light environment map of Dalian City,provide more basis for the final construction of the night artificial light environment map of Dalian City,and have guiding significance for the future night lighting planning of Dalian City.
