How to stimulate employees’ innovative behavior has been one of the hottesttopics of current hospitality management. Fist, this study based on the employees’innovative behavior which is the researcher is broad and attempts to stimulatehospitality employees’ innovative behavior from two perspectives, organizationalinnovative climate and creative self-efficacy.This study uses the data from320employees and the depth interview from3employees in order to analyze the relationship among organizational innovativeclimate, creative self-efficacy and hospitality employees’ innovative behavior. Theresults of this study include four aspects:Fist, we test the relationship between organizational innovative climate andemployees’ innovative behavior through empirical research under Chinese culturalcontext. The five factors of organizational innovative climate (team support, jobfeature, resource supply, leader support, organizational belief) all have significanteffect on the two factors of hospitality employees’ innovative behavior, but the degreeof influence is differently.Second, basing on social cognitive theory, we test the relationship betweencreative self-efficacy and hospitality employees’ innovative behavior throughempirical research. Moreover, we find that creative self-efficacy is positivelyassocicated with the two factors of hospitality employees’innovative behavior.Third, this paper analyzes the mediation effect of creative self-efficacy betweenorganizational innovative climate and hospitality employees’ innovative behavior.Then we build and validate the mechanism of organizational innovative climateâ†'creative self-efficacyâ†'hostpitality employees’ innovative behavior. The fit indexesof the Structural Equation Model are very good that show the mechanism is effective.Fourth, basing on the results of empirical research and job feature of hospitalityemployee, we put forward to constructing a supportive organizational climate andemploying creation employee for hospitality.Simultaneously, we provide a goodresearch perspective for hospitality management and bases for follow-up and inhospitality human resource management practices.
