It has been suggested that under the increasingly fierce circumstances, innovative spirit of an leader is essential for an organization to have sustainable advantages, which would influence the construction of innovative organizations and countries.This dissertation tries to investigate the influence of the innovative spirit of leadsers on innovative climate and innovation performance of staff, in order to provide valuable theories and practice references on the nurishment of leaders'innovative spirit, the building of innovative climate, the increase of innovative performance of employees and the cultivation of organizations.On the basis of a great amount of related documents home and abroad, this dissertation has discussed the relationship among three variables using numerous methods such as qustionnaires.It has been pointed out by Zhang Qian, the author of'the qustionnaire of leaders'innovative spirit',that the innovative spirit of an leader includes four dimentionalities involving innovative thinking, innovative consciousness, innovative mental characteristics of individuals and innovative behavior characteristics; Furthermore, Miao Xiaoyan has suggested that the variable called innovative climate should be classified into four dimentionalities including long-range objective, creative support, guidence of tasks and interactive frequency; Moreover, basing on the mainland of China as the research sample,Han Yi has proved that innovative performance of staff has three dimentionalities such as the will of creativity, the creative practice and the creative result. In this dissertation, the matched pair sampling technique has been utilized when leaders and thier employees answered questionnaires;that is,160 leaders has answered the questionnaire about innavative spirit and 3 of their respective direct employees have been selected to answer the queationnaire about innovative climate and performance(480 in all).At last, in fact the qustionnaires answered by 143 leaders and 429 employees have been turned out to be valid. Also, desrespective and statistical analysis,T test, one-factor analysis of variance,related analysis and regression analysis have been used to investigate the relationship among leaders'innovative spirit, innovative performance of staff and innovative climate and to survey the mediating role of innovative climate.There are four conclusions according to the analysis of the reclaimed questionnaires:1.There exists notable predictive function of leaders'innovative spirit on innovative climate2.There also exsits notable predictive influention of leaders'innovative spirit on innovative performance of employees3.Innovative climate could predict remarkblely innovative performance of staff4.Innovative climate could act as an mediating role partly between leaders'innovative sprit and innovative performance of employees...
