In this paper, the research questions is based on the possibility of the BRICSDevelopment Bank’s conditions for loan for development assistance loans, tryingto predict an objective analysis of the BRICS Development Bank developmentassistance loans’ conditions for loans with respect to the inheritance of the WorldBank and other international aid agencies and innovation.A loan conditions of aid agencies is a core element to aid agencies’ running,simply speaking, the development of loan conditions is the borrower of thedevelopment assistance or agencies add a number of conditions to the borrowerwhile providing development assistance loans.
