The Study On The Construction Of Enterprise Ethics

Enterprises are the cells of the national economy and the basic of socialistic market economy.The development of enterprises will affect the development of the entire national economy.Whether enterprises will succeed not only depends on economic factors but also be restricted by the image of corporate ethics.The enterprises that succeed in international business usually have a good moral image.Therefore,the good moral image of enterprise is increasingly becoming the key factor to the success of business in the fierce market competition.Because our country is in the system and the social transformation period,moral standards that adapted to the market economy hasn't formed.Some enterprises,being lack of moral restriction,the nature of the profit motive makes them behave contrary to morality.All these not only restricted the sustainable development of enterprises,but also gave an adverse effect to the development of the socialist market economy and had a negative effect to society.Therefore,to strengthen the ethical conduct of business research and enhance the sense of moral responsibility has a strong practical significance.In-depth study of these issues is the purpose of this paper.This article is mainly divided into four parts:First,gives the concept and connotations of business ethics,discusses the theory basis on the construction of business ethics.Point out that people-oriented management theory,unified theory of justice and benefit,social responsibility theory of business ethics provides a theoretical interpretation for the provision of interpretation of the theory and to explore.From the reality,discuss the research of enterprise ethics construction brings realistic significance for their own sustainable development,the healthy development of socialist market economy and building a harmonious society.Second,both positive and negative description of the research situation of China's business ethics,on the basis of introducing successful cases of enterprise ethics construction,points out that the construction issues such as seeking profits unscrupulously,analyzes the problems in enterprise ethics construction brought adverse effects on economic and social development,to show the necessity of ethical business road.Third,analyze the enterprises of non-ethical conduct of business and the reasons of business ethics problems:not only being lack of moral philosophy,behaving unethically: but also on the factors related to punishment for the behavior that against morality is ineffective and social supervision mechanism is imperfect.Fourth,based on the above analysis,proposes measures to promote the building of enterprise ethics:the first is the enterprise itself has intense conscious of social responsibility,strengthens the moral practices;secondly,provides good system conditions for the enterprise ethics construction;finally,the government behaves standard,social public opinion guides correctly,to create a favorable external environment for good business of the enterprise.
