LT’s traditional human resource management system and employee incentive mechanism is not perfect in the fierce market competition.This defect is the main factor for its weak competition and slow development. Therefore, perfecting employee incentive mechanism and providing ways and methods for help fuifilling their objectives will satisfy their employees, at the same time, beneficial for the achievement of company’s goals.This paper analyzes LT’s human resources management and paying system by using the survey data and we find some problems and causes in its incentive mechanism. Based on incentive theory and its effects on the core business incentives, this paper proposes some measures for improving its incentive mechanism in the following aspects: changing the concepts for human resource management, improving the corporate governance structure, enhancing employee participation in the democratic management mechanism as well as improving the social security system. The results shows that new incentives mechanism plays a positive role in LT’s development, effectively stimulates the motivation of employees, and greatly improves enterprises efficiency. |
