Human resource management is mainly composed of four parts: the choice of employment management,staff training and human resources development,make assessment of the employee and the employee incentive.In the human resource management,the incentive to employees ranked first.Because the incentive effect of implementation directly will affect the employee potential into full play,ultimately affect personal development,directly affecting the survival and development of enterprises.The core work of human resource management is to motivate employees.Employees of the spirit of unity and cooperation and dedication spirit determine the success or failure of an enterprise.Facing the development of China’s economy and the enterprise system,it’s even more important for the petrochemical industry to follow the step as it’s related to the beneficial to the people’s livehood.Nowadays,the traditional incentive mechanism in petrochemical enterprise has fell behind the need of employees themselves,which lead to the reduction of staff enthusiasm.It needs to be researched,and changed.So,based on the classical theories on constructing incentive mechanism in and abroad,this article tries to find a way to analyze the problems of incentive mechanism of the energy department of X petrochemical company and propose an developed one.Based on the analysis of the functions of energy department,the article first try to dig out the deeper cause of the problem,and design a questionnaire to sent it to the staff of energy department to do the data the solution collection.With the results of the questionnaires,a developed incentive mechanism for energy department and its matching safeguard measures was proposed and proved to work efficiently,which has raised the enthusiasm of the staff in energy department.The analysis and the design of incentive mechanism of energy department in X petrochemical company have again proved the important of employee motivation.The developed incentive mechanism can also be the guide of the evolution of the ones in other departments.
