With the rapid development of China’s national economy and people’s living standards rising, consumers began to turn more attention to pursue quality of life more than the problem of food. Agriculture is no longer simply providers of food, but a way of life to pursuit the quality of life.The developing agricultural companies are the important advocators to advocate and develope healthy lifestyle.The LK Inner Mongolia Agricultural company which I research in this paper is emerging and developing in this background.The LK Inner Mongolia Agricultural company is a company which mainly products and sales potatoes, corn, and pollution-free vegetables and other types of agricultural crops. It is a municipal enterprises of the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Hohhot.Since its inception, the regional government attached great importance to the development of the company. But there are many problems,which make it develop slowly.These problems are mainly:There are no standardized coiporate organizational structure and management system,the management is arbitrary largely and is not standardized;and which thus lead to inefficient management;Supporting the development of the company to understand agricultural production and technical personnels and management personnels are shortage;None of the company’s resources are fully utilized to developing characteristical agriculture and sightseeing agriculture, but the blind pursuit of production and sales,etc.How to solve the developing bottlenecks of the LK Inner Mongolia Agricultural company become the most important issue of the company.Only giving the company a correct to the company,it can achieve the company’s rapid expansion and sustainable development.This paper analyzes the developing problems of the LK Inner Mongolia Agricultural company,through which I raised targeted that the company should take the development strategy which is diversified development strategy.The company should take full advantage of company-owned agricultural resources and regional specialties environment to develop sightseeing agriculture,should combine the agricultural and animal husbandry,should develop urban leisure which have the cultural characteristics of prairie agriculture,to achieve industrial development of the LK agricultural companies.Finally,in the company’s development strategy that is based on the development strategy put forward specific implementation steps,Mainly:2013-2015,the short-term strategy is to build the company into a green pollution-free food supplier;2016-2018,the medium-term strategic goal is to develop leisure experience agriculture;2019-2020, the long-term strategic goal is to develop agriculture and tourism real estate.
