Chinese realty is facing the crucial period of reforming and regulating during the global economic crisis. As the deposit realty overstocking and purchasing power declining, the reasonable consumption time has launched in realty industry, huge profit has been replaced by the tiny profit.As a 15 years old private realty company, Zendai Group has developed across national regions .It becomes a national famous company with the competitive advantages in creative-realty, especially in creative-business-realty.Combining the company resources and exercising the diversity strategy theory, this thesis puts forward durative development strategy/tactic for Zendai Group by analyzing inner/outer environment. Meanwhile this thesis brings forth that Zendai Group turn itself to be the creative-advantaged realty company by the way of implementing the core-capability strategy and the diversity professional strategy. The guarantees which protect Zendai's development are its deep explore devotion in culture and art region, the sound combination of culture/ art /realty, all the measures of brand-building, management framework, flow-reforming, system-building, creative-team-building, cost control, enterprise culture-building.The author combines her professional practice and experience with the knowledge learned in EMBA class in this thesis. The thesis is a summary on her former work which could give some advises and references for other private realty companies.
