| With the change of macro policy and the increase of commercial Banks and other financial institutions at home and abroad, the competition between Banks intensified. During this process, every commercial bank has realized the important role that the management strategy played in keeping healthy and sustainable development, the strategic consciousness, brand awareness and service sense have also been strengthened. HXB Hohhot branch is the first nationwide joint-stock commercial bank that presented in Inner Mongolia Province. After9years of development, not only the personnel, organization and operational activities have basically achieved the design goal, but have formed a certain influence in local financial market. But along with the change of inner and outer operating environment, our business development has encountered some unprecedented problem. During this special period, in order to promote the comprehensive competitiveness of HXB Hohhot branch in the future, it must be necessary to reposition the business strategy, adjust the operational idea, and explore the appropriate scientific development strategy. We aim to provide references to make strategy and implement decision for HXB Hohhot branch.The study background and practical significance of the bank management strategy has been stated in this article. We reviewed from domestic and foreign research status and put forward our object, method and technical route. On this basis, Using pest model and Potter’s five forces model analyses the external macro environment and competitive environment of HXB Hohhot branch, and according to current situation of branch of the internal environment, two aspects of resources and the ability are analyzed. Then, on the basis of SWOT analysis, according to the headquarters of development strategy, determine the strategic target of HXB Hohhot branch, choose a strategy target as a strategy of the HXB Hohhot branch, To ensure the strategy implementation targeted measures are put forward. |
