Farmers microfinance major policy measures as a postal savings bank of China Inner Mongolia branch of the service function of the agriculture, farmers loans to solve difficult problems, supporting rural economic development of Inner Mongolia, promoting the income of farmers and herdsmen, the building of a new socialist countryside, building a harmonious society has played a positive role, welcomed by the majority of farmers in rural areas. However, there are also some problems that can not be ignored in the farmers microfinance promotion process, has affected the effectiveness of its agriculture effect, subject to further consideration to solve. Small farmers loans without collateral, the amount is small, the turnover use convenient, meet the practical needs of rural financial market, is an important part of rural finance. With the rapid development of micro loan, the risk is also gradually emerging, small farmers credit risk prevention work is one of the important research topic of the bank.The postal savings bank of Inner Mongolia branch to carry out the difficulties and problems encountered in the actual operation of the rural microfinance in the background, with the internal COSO report, enterprise control standards and application guidelines as the theoretical basis, source of combing the farmers microfinance risk characteristics and production, has carried on the analysis to the present situation of risk management of Postal Savings Bank branch in Inner Mongolia small loans to farmers and the existing problems, the small farmers credit risk prevention is a systematic conclusion of the work, and puts forward suggestions concerning the measures to prevent and control risk, so as to provide reference and practical guidance for later practice.
