The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that the problem of agricultural and rural farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood, and the solution of the "three rural" issues must always be the top priority of the work of the whole party. To solve the rural development, first of all,it is necessary to solve the problem of funds in rural development, and effective financial support for rural areas has become the key for farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich.Rural microcredit forms a benign interaction between financial poverty alleviation policies and financial services, gives full play to the role of financial institutions, expands preferential policies and measures for farmers, and effectively solves the investment problem of farmers developing their economies and increasing their income. However, the current development of microcredit still can not meet the needs of farmers. The needs of economic development are as follows:(1)the scale of rural microcredit is small and the growth is slow;(2)the lending subject is single and the product type is single;(3)the loan term is short;(4)the credit environment is poor.Awang Town in Dongchuan District is a traditional agricultural town.Farmers mainly rely on the traditional breeding industry for their income. It can be said that the development of microcredit plays a direct role in increasing the income of local farmers. This paper evaluates the performance of microcredit from the perspective of farmers’ perception, and takes Awang Town in Dongchuan District as a case study to explore the problems existing in microcredit at present,so as to find out the countermeasures to solve the problems. There are six chapters in the full text, which are as follows: the introduction mainly expounds the research background, research significance, research trends at home and abroad, research methods and technical routes;the first chapter introduces the definition, characteristics, performance evaluation and related theories of microcredit;the second chapter briefly describes the current situation of microcredit development in China and then analyzes the presentsituation of microcredit in Awang Town in detail. The third chapter carries on the index design to the microloan performance evaluation, and carries on the target design to the microloan performance evaluation. The fourth chapter makes an empirical analysis according to the results of the questionnaire survey;the fifth chapter finds out the causes of the problems in the development of microcredit according to the above analysis, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)compared with farmers’ perceived social benefits, farmers’ perceived economic benefits have a more important impact on microcredit performance.(2)in the treatment of farmers’ satisfaction, credit service satisfaction plays a more important role in microcredit performance than credit product satisfaction.
