Research On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Information Demand

In recent years,the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is more and more people pay close attention to, in the process of the construction of rural modernization in China, due to different region between national policy, economic basis and the difference of the factors such as cultural levels, lead to inconsistent development speed, the regional differentiation phenomenon, there are a lot of problems needed to resolve. Farmers and rural informatization "three rural issues" problem is the main body,they are participants, supporters and decision makers, so the farmers' information ability,information consciousness determines the policy implementation and the effect of information service, only understanding farmers during the process of information acquisition and use of subjective construction and talent evaluation policy, means and effect of agricultural information service, understand the farmers' personal characteristics,consciously to solve some problems about the development of the farmers' information.At the same time, the differences of characteristics between different areas in different individual farmers and all existence. Therefore, only a comprehensive grasp the content and characteristics of farmers' information demand of China, to help the government find different farmers and area in the agriculture information service and information in the process of the development of all sorts of problems. In this paper, based on the regional perspective, to our country in the form of questionnaire survey as the main situation and related problems of the farmers' information demand analysis and research, master the content of the farmers' information demand, characteristics and access, actively explore to improve farmers feasible solutions and measures of information service quality,provide a reference basis for the realization of the rural modernization.This paper first to a certain degree of summary of domestic and foreign research results, proposed the foundation of the thesis research ideas and research framework,then draws on the questionnaire investigation, and obtain the basic sample, from the farmers' information demand present situation, problems and countermeasures of three perspective draws relevant content and characteristics of farmers' information demand.Factors that affect farmers' information demand mainly includes: the problem of obstacle of cultural level, low utilization rate of access to information channels, the satisfaction of using existing information in three aspects. Finally, combining with the results of the analysis put forward improvement Suggestions and countermeasures, and provide reference for improvement and measures to carry out the policy.
