Promoting new-style urbanization which is an important decision made bythe Party Central Committee at overall situation and long-term visbn, is a majormission in "Tweltfh F ive-Year Plan11period. At present, issues of dual structurein urban and rural areas of Jiangsu are outstanding, Obstacles to thedevelopment of urban-rural integration has not yet completely eliminated, andthe tendency of "exclusive agriculture" remains widespread at all levels ofsocefty. Problems concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers of Jiangsualso need to be resolved. Diiffculties of efrmers’ income growth, will inevitablyaffect the expansion and transofrmation of economic growth mode needs anddifficulties of farmers’ income will in turn affect the advance of urbanizationand industrialization velocity, stability and unit yand social stability of ruralresidents. Taking a new road of urbanization is the key to break the urban-ruraldual structure, is the ofcus to solve the ’three rural" issue. Therefore,systematically researching the coordinative development between new-style’urbanization and farmers income growth has important theoretical and practicalsignificance.The paper guided by development economics and spirit of18th Party isbased on absorbing and leaning the research results of relative studies. Thepaper firstly defines scientiifcally the concepts of new-style urbanization, Thenanalyze new-style urbanization and farmer’s income in theory. Secondly, thepaper establishes evaluation indicator systems, Learn A HP evaluation indexhierarchy,combined with the concept and content of new urbanization,measures the level of development of new-style urbanization, In determining theweights, the right to give up the hierarchy analysis method ofr determining theweight of subjectivity in efvor of using principal conponent analysis todetermine the weight,and finally got the comprehensive evaluation value of thenew-style urbanization of Jiangsu Province, Thirdly, Applying modern methodsof quantitative economics such as Unit root test method、granger causality testmethod、VAR model、SVAR model、Impulse response functions and variancedecortposition, the paper make Dynamic analysis of the relationship betweenthe per capita net income of rural household sand between the new urbanization. Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures that accelerating thecoordinative development between new-style urbanization and ifrmer’s incomeof Jiangsu, which can provide reference to government departments.The main conclusions are as ofllows. Firstly,Unidirectional causalrelationship exists between the level of new-style urbanization and the percapita net income of rural households in Jiangsu Province, Secondly, Logarithmof farmers’ income and the number of new urbanization has a high degree oflinear relationship. Thirdly,as for rural residents per capitanet income, theimpact of its own role in the positive and negative is uncertainty, the new-styleurbanization has a positive impaction its own role. Fourthly, the level ofnew-style urbanization is concerned, there is a positive impact of its own role,rural residents per capitanet income has small impact of its own role,long-termtends to O.Fitfhly,for the Improvement of rural residents per capitanetincome of Jiangsu Province, and in the short term rfom itself and the level ofnew-style urbanization in Jiangsu Province, mainly jrfom the level ofurbanization in the long-term The improvement of the level of new-styleurbanization, mainly from improving its own level,and in the short term toimprove the per capita net income of rural households to its influence is veryweak, in the long term is almost zero.
