A Study On Financial Support In The Process Of Urbanization

China takes the urbanization construction as a key growth pointin its future economic development, and this concept attracts hugeattention from people from all circles of life. The18th CPC NationalCongress takes the concept “Urbanization Construction” into thereport, and stressing that during the construction, we should adhere tothe new path of urbanization which is with Chinese characteristics.And promoting the benign interaction of industrialization andurbanization, make sure the urbanization construction andagricultural modernization coordinated with each other. Promotingthe development of informatization, urbanization and agriculturalmodernization develop at the same pace. To keep healthy and stablesustainable growth, one economy should keep its financial industryfunctioning efficiently.The efficiency of the financial sector has a fundamental role forthe healthy development of national economy. However, for a longtime, the development of financial industry still has many problems,such as, financial market development is not balanced, the financialsystem has drawbacks, and financial market efficiency is low and soon. For the urbanization construction which needs huge capital andhigh operation efficiency of funds, China’s financial sector still has alarge space for evolving and maturing. Therefore, we should think indetails about how to take full advantages of its resources allocationfunction, improve the efficiency of capital using, and how tomaximum its supporting role in our future development. This paper starts with the theory of different theory schools，trying to analyze the relationship between the financial industry andthe urbanization construction, because there are not mature theorybetween urbanization construction and financial industry, so writerdecomposed this question into two questions, the relationshipbetween urbanization construction and economic growth, and therelationship between economic growth and financial development.According to the predecessors’ theory, writer tries to find the mutualinterpretation relationships between the two root concepts.Afterwards, according to the actual situation of our country,writer analyses the intrinsic mechanism of financial support for theurbanization construction，namely the financial support mechanism ofurbanization, the transmission path and focuses，on the basis ofinternal mechanism of urbanization, this paper clarified the presentsituation and the problems existing in the development process ofChina’s financial support, such as the imperfect present financialsystem, the unbalanced financial institutions regional distribution,financial institutions using similar strategy and providing singleproducts or services, green financial development traps in stagnationand so on.Combining the above analysis about present situation andcurrent problems, writer summarizes the reasons for these presentsituation and current problems，and then puts forwards several depthpolicy recommendations. Namely, optimize the layout form offinance system in our country; Encourage financial institutions toactively to meet the needs of urbanization construction of diversifiedproducts and services; To establish a multi-level capital market system, adjust the excess production capacity, promotetransformation and upgrading of urban economy; Perfectingurbanization construction related financial system; Implementation ofgreen finance, supporting the construction of beautiful China.
