The Research On Financial Support Measures Of Urbanization Construction In Jilin Province

As we all know, the new central government has put urbanization elevated to anunprecedented strategic height.Urbanization is the insurmountable historical stage ofhuman society to civilization and progress, is an inevitable trend and the choice fortoday’s world of social and economic development. Throughout the course ofurbanization countries, urbanization and economic development are very closelyrelated, urbanization has become an important driving engine for economic growthand the potential for the release of domestic demand. At present, the fact that ourcountry urbanization is seriously lagging behind others, which deeply restricts socialdevelopment and economic growth, inducing such as widening wealth gap, thefarmers difficult and hard to migrant children to school and other serious economicand social problems, so seize the opportunity to implement urbanization strategy has avery important and practical significance for China’s socialist modernization drive.Funding plays an important role in urbanization process, and the financial communityis an important channel for financing, so it is the inevitable result that the study of therole of financial development in the process of urbanization.Based on the theoretical analysis of urbanization and the development offinancial，systematically analyze the function of the development of finance tourbanization in Jilin from theory and empirical study. The first chapter is anintroduction which describes the background and significance of this study. Thesecond chapter starts with the urbanization and financial development theory, sortingthe relationship between urbanization and financial development. The third chapteranalysis the experience of financial support urbanization in the high rate ofurbanization and developed countries in brief and provide reference for the later. Thefourth chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of the level of urbanizationand financial development in Jilin Province, and used finance-related rate, financialstructure, financial efficiency as the control variable, used of the Single Root Test, Co-integration Test and Error Correction Model test, Granger Causality test toanalysis of financial development played role in the urbanization in Jilin, andconclusions are given based on empirical studied results.The fifth chapter is mainlybased on theoretical analysis, the successful experience of foreign countries, empiricalresults, and combined with the actual situation of Jilin Province, then put forward thecorresponding countermeasures on how to better support the financial development ofurbanization in Jilin Province.
