Research On Innovation Network, Governance Mechanism And Competitive Advantage Of Cluster Enterprises

With the social and economic development, the accelerated pace of economicglobalization, extensive penetration of information technology, economic competitionhas become more intense. Organizational forms of enterprises change from thetraditional hierarchical structure of the market structure and the hybrid structure to thestructure of network. The emergence of network organizations makes enterprisesappearing in the form of the new organization. In this context, cluster enterprise isexperiencing the local to the global developing process, and its place environment isalso from local into domestic to international, cope with the change of environmentand the needs of the business enterprise growth, the required resources and ability willchange accordingly.Based on social network theory and Porter’s "industry cluster"related theories, from the point of view of competition and value chain analysis ofissues related to the cluster of enterprises, the development of clusters of enterprises,regional economic progress have a strong guiding significance.According to the basicdefinition of enterprise cluster innovation network and a series of relevant concepts,on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research literature, analysis ofcluster innovation network and competitive advantage of enterprises, and through theanalysis of the governance mechanism of cluster enterprise innovation network, andfurther expounds how the competitive advantage on the system to keep them.Through theoretical study, this paper proposes a different perspective from thetraditional network management. Most of the traditional literature is based on trust asthe core of governance, but this paper from a competitive point of view thatcompetition is innovation and governance cluster core of enterprise networks. At thesame time, the governance of network innovation includes governance mechanisms oftrust, power control mechanism, a common security management and incentivemanagement mechanism, and attempting to integrate several aspects to form anintegrated system of governance. Finally, this article adopts the method of case study,using the empirical way of cluster innovation network and analyzed the competitiveadvantage, and on this basis, from the technical research and development, supply andmarketing channels, the system innovation, intermediary agencies and localgovernment a few point of view put forward the corresponding Suggestions.
