Scenario Analysis On The Influence Of Pan - Asian High - Speed Railway Construction On The Economic Link Between Yunnan Province And Indo - China Peninsula

With the advent of the new century, China’s economic development has entered a new period of rapid development. In the same time, the imbalance of regional development becomes more serious in the spatial structure of the whole economy. Therefore, research on China’s border areas which are poor is of great urgency.Yunnan Province, in the southwest border of China, neighboring Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and other ASEAN countries, has the complex geographical factors. And this region has long been away from the radiation range of traditional economic core area, so when analyzing the economic development or deciding the goal of development, the research on Yunnan’s external environment is needed. This article focus on the Pan-Asian high-speed rail which has a great effect on Yunnan in recent to analyze the influence of the construction of Pan-Asian high-speed rail on theirs link between Yunnan and Indochina and make a certain Scenario Analysis.Paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter, mainly on the research background and significance of research and research methods.The second chapter is the basis of foreign literature review and theoretical framework. It includes the evolution of location theory in the domestic and abroad, and the effect of high-speed railway on economic development, and the status quo of China’s high-speed railway construction and the problems that Pan-Asian high-speed rail construction may encounter.The third chapter analyzes the current link between Yunnan and Indochina from the aspect of economic, cultural and political and so on.The fourth chapter of the article is mainly on the technical analysis. Accessibility is used in the analysis on the effect of the construction of Pan-Asian high-speed rail.
