Knowledge has taken place of the tangible assets, such as land, labor, capital with the coming of the knowledge economy era, and becomes the competitive advantage of enterprises. Research and development team is the back bone of the IT enterprise in product innovating, the development of technology and innovation ability are very important to the IT enterprises to obtain competitive advantages. IT research and development project is a knowledge intensive tasks, product innovation and value creation depends on the team members to share ideas and proprietary knowledge, therefore, knowledge sharing determines the research and development in a great extent,. Although team working mode makes knowledge sharing become possible, but the high-cost nature of knowledge acquisition and knowledge monopoly profitability make it hard for automatic implementation of knowledge sharing. Therefore, clarify factors that affect IT R&D team members knowledge sharing intention, can make other enterprises like IT comapany to design better knowledge sharing mechanism, and incentive measures to improve and be perfect.In this paper, on the basis of literature research and perspective within the enterprise starting from the organizational level and individual level, build the R&D team members knowledge sharing intention theory model, put forward the expectation returns, self-efficacy, mental insecurity, team leadership, organizational trust, job design and knowledge sharing intention research hypothesis. Using random sampling method, surveied IT enterprises in nanjing, suzhou, wuxi, changzhou four cities in the south of jiangsu to carry out on-the-spot questionnaires and online questionnaires. Using the SPSS16.0statistical software to make reliability and validity test, factor analysis and linear regression analysis of the241valid questionnaires. And further analysis the relationship between the factors affecting knowledge sharing intention and the influence of various factors on knowledge sharing intention.Empirical analysis results show that the job design hypothesis is not supported, expected return, self-efficacy, mental insecurity, team leadership, organizational trust research hypotheses are supported, and the five factors of the influence degree of the research and development of the IT team members knowledge sharing intention order from high to low is:expected returns, organizational trust, team leadership, self-efficacy, mental insecurity, correlation coefficient were 0.585,0.585,0.317,0.265,0.246. Finally,according to the empirical results the author puts forward the building of effective incentive system, build mutual trust organization atmosphere, improving employees’ psychological security, change leadership, promoting the self-efficacy of employee knowledge sharing this five countermeasures to promote the research and development of the IT team members knowledge sharing.
