With the advent of the economical globalization, in order to improve the strain capacity of organization, and to adapt to the environment with constant changes, team work style has gradually replaced the traditional way of individual work, it has been accepted by more and more organizations. The work style of R&D staff is a typical of teamwork, they are the core of power in the process of enterprise technology innovation. Knowledge is the core strategic resource for enterprise to promote the competitiveness of the vitality and development in the era of knowledge economy. The key to the effective play of the team advantage is the knowledge sharing among team members. Compensation is an important incentives. Team-based pay has an effect on the knowledge sharing among team members. So, how to motivate the knowledge sharing intention among R&D team through team-based pay in order to produce the "1+1>2" team performance is an important issue. The purpose of this article is to discuss the impact of team-base pay to knowledge sharing among R&D teams. First, the researches on the team-based pay and knowledge sharing have been reviewed and summarized. Then, on the basis of previous studies, a theoretical model on the impact of team-base pay to knowledge sharing among R&D teams has been constructed. It has three main stages:first, discussing the impact of team-base pay levels to knowledge sharing among R&D teams; second, discussing the impact of quadratic assignment and incentive intensity to knowledge sharing; third, discussing the interaction effect of quadratic assignment and incentive intensity to knowledge sharing. Meanwhile, through SPSS17.0, we verify the model assumptions by descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability analysis, ANOVA analysis, regression analysis and so on. The finding indicated: team-based pay levels, quadratic assignment problem and incentive intensity has a impact on the knowledge sharing among R&D teams. Also, quadratic assignment problem and incentive intensity have an interaction effect on the knowledge sharing. In the end, the paper summarizes the empirical research conclusions and reveals some implications as well as gives an outlook for further research.
