With the downward pressure of the economy,enterprises are facing more and more survival and development crises.Enterprises urgently need to improve their organizational competitiveness,so as to gain an advantage in the market competition.Knowledge sharing refers to the process in which knowledge existing in the team is absorbed and disseminated by users.Team knowledge sharing is conducive to enterprise knowledge sharing,team innovation and enterprise competitiveness improvement.However,due to the huge pressure faced by the enterprise in the process of development,the internal of the enterprise is also affected by this invisible pressure.Abuse frequently occurs in various enterprise teams.As an important research object of the theory of positive organizational behavior,leaders’ EQ has attracted the attention of academic and business circles.Some researchers believe that leaders with high EQ can effectively alleviate various contradictions and problems in the team due to their strong self-control and empathy ability,thus helping the team to improve the performance of knowledge sharing to a large extent.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the impact mechanism of leaders’ EQ on the performance of team knowledge sharing from both theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes the team as the research object,uses the basic view of positive organizational behavior theory and research results at home and abroad,and establishes a mechanism that affects the performance of team knowledge sharing.This paper first studies the emotional intelligence,team cohesion,team identity,team knowledge sharing of leaders from the perspective of theory and literature.It is also believed that leaders with high EQ can continuously influence their subordinates through their own words and deeds or external performance in daily life and work,thus improving the cohesion of the team and the team members’ recognition of the team,thus affecting the team members’ willingness to share,and forming a sharing behavior in an unconscious way.On this basis,the questionnaire of this paper was formed and sent to 86 teams through the questionnaire star.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the study,SPSS25.0 and AMOS17.0 were used to test the reliability and validity of the results,correlation analysis and aggregation test,and SPSS25.0 was used to analyze the impact of leadership emotion factors on team knowledge sharing performance,and to test the mediation role of team cohesion and team identity among teams.The results show that leaders’ EQ can not only predict the performance of team knowledge sharing,but also indirectly affect the performance of team knowledge sharing through team cohesion and team identity,which means that team cohesion and team identity play an intermediary role between leaders’ EQ and team knowledge sharing performance.In addition,according to these conclusions,three suggestions are put forward for enterprises:(1)improve the emotional intelligence level of leaders;(2)Cultivate common values within the team;(3)Create a good team atmosphere and improve the team communication mechanism.
