In the face of market environment which is full of changes, enterprises need to integrate existing resources, formulate feasible strategies, but how to make full use of existing knowledge resources to sharing knowledge is one of the key factors of enterprise strategic decisions. From the point of view of talent development, the behavior of using the knowledge can be traced back to the period of student. In that period, learning is guided by teachers, counselors, study and use of knowledge, study the knowledge sharing of the student is the basis of the research of enterprise knowledge sharing. As a transition stage from student to professional, university is the particular stage of knowledge sharing. Through study the research before, I found that mainly scholars study the enterprise research and development team, innovative products team, virtual team and so on, but the knowledge sharing team of the college students’ are lack of research, so the object of this paper is set for college students. The phase of learning in the university, students will not only learn some basic specialized knowledge in the books, also can learn from some simulation games of enterprise management. For the practice of college students with necessary knowledge to meet the business activities and challenges encountered in enterprise management is necessary, and one of the ways to achieve this goal is by participate in business simulation game during the period of university, improve its ability to analysis and planning. Enterprise as a subject of simulation game can help college students to understand the enterprise operating tools is in reference to the teaching, in order to improve the students’ ability in management and design, the competition is a kind of social activity, it can give students a variety of knowledge, it contains modules such as channel selection, marketing management, financial allocation, the production planning, etc. The use of the overall goal of these activities is to cultivate students how to think and manage, include:to deal with problems and challenges in a complete business process and understand the team building activities and requirements of the ability of ability, ability to learn a variety of modeling skills, improve team communication skills, as well as the overall learning ability. Nowadays, many universities have introduced enterprise simulation game related courses.From study the field of knowledge management and knowledge sharing, the paper focused on the research on knowledge sharing satisfaction of the team, using the knowledge of consumer behavior, cognitive psychology, social networks, human resources disciplines in sociology, methods of structural equation, study of the simulation factors that influence satisfaction with the game team knowledge sharing, thorough summary and analysis of knowledge sharing research results at home and abroad, on the basis of main satisfaction is to validate the game team knowledge sharing and the five variables (organizational environment factor, individual and group factors, cultural factors, motivation factors, personal knowledge characteristics), the data was collected from 10 colleges and universities,40 simulation game team, summarized as 160 effective samples, using questionnaires, factor analysis, reliability, validity of inspection, structural equation analysis method of mathematical statistics, put forward and prove hypotheses, proposes the corresponding management advice. First, thorough investigate students team, using the methods of questionnaire, interview, field investigation, analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of team knowledge sharing, and respectively summarized as "the organizational environment factors", "individual and team factor", "cultural factors", "incentive factors", "personal knowledge characteristics", factors of each of these first-order subdivided, eventually determine each factor includes three to four kinds of second order factor, second-order factor by influencing the first-order factor, in turn, affect the satisfaction level of team knowledge sharing. Then, analyze the characteristics of the student team’s knowledge. On this basis, build a structural equation model, Analysis of the role of individual knowledge sharing factors on the sharing degree of satisfaction and the relationship between the individual indicators clearly. The model can solve the problem from team knowledge sharing, improve the efficiency of use of knowledge resources. By building team knowledge sharing factors model of satisfaction, conclusion shows that:the model factors and the satisfaction of knowledge sharing have significant correlation, the study also found that, compared with no incentives, under the condition of with incentive factors, personal knowledge characteristics can enhance the satisfaction, Extended research was need, the article conclusion also shows that students with game experiences tend to make good knowledge communication atmosphere, and no experience of students tend to make clear responsibilities and division of labor. In this paper, the research results can be applied to two aspects, one is by building incentive mechanism to promote personal knowledge to work, so as to promote team knowledge sharing activity is effective. On the other hands, the students who have a priori knowledge and.experience are more willing to establish the communication atmosphere. On the contrary, those who do not have the above characteristics tend to through make clear division of responsibility and to improve satisfaction team knowledge sharing. So, in the face of groups with different kinds of characteristics, according to their aptitude, make different decisions, the students who have a priori knowledge and experience, by build well communication atmosphere to improve knowledge sharing. On the contrary, those who do not have the above characteristics, help them make clear division of responsibility can improve the satisfaction of team knowledge sharing.
