According to the current communication field development practice, the focus of competition from product and price under the traditional mode is dominant, gradually turned to deep field service experience. In this paper the study, according to the theory of marketing channel system and concept, internal and external factors on the field of in-depth analysis, and with the current development of the reality closely, through practical case analysis of UniCom company T, in-depth analysis of social marketing.In this study, the in-depth interpretation according to the development situation of the area Unicom communications industry, and based on analyzing the practical problems in the region communications company, according to the distribution control is not perfect; the price is difficult to effectively regulate the level of service can not be standardized; consideration; the agency lacks the overall management; improve the effective incentive mechanism proposed solutions failed to establish.Because this area has good prospects for future development, the key lies in the construction of marketing channels for the above. With the deepening of market competition mechanism, public service demand rising, this also makes the marketing means to innovation and development, to construct their own development and marketing channels, lay a solid market foundation for enterprises. This is the core problem and the area of Unicom urgent. In this sense, for the development of the actual construction of local channels, should lend basis in marketing practice effectively, promote innovation mode of marketing channel construction, detailed investigation of the changes in the market. With their own reality, based on fully learn from other enterprise advanced concept, the suit one’s measures to local conditions for the public to provide information service channels more. This study is mainly based on the theory of marketing channel, and combined with empirical analysis, in full consideration of the existing scale of data under the premise, the area of Unicom social channel status and in-depth interpretation in order to find the restriction factor, then optimize the marketing strategy, create a new service model for the whole society.
