From2009, China’s auto market has experienced a blowout high-speed development period, and has become the largest global car production and sales country. In2013China’s auto market production and marketing are more than17million vehicles, China has become the world’s largest car market for four consecutive years and has become the world’s major car markets. From the aggregate demand relation, China’s auto market has been developed from a seller’s market gradually transition to a buyer’s market, Manufacturer’s business has changed strategy from product oriented gradually to a customer service oriented. For competing for more customer resources, cultivating customer loyalty, all car brands gradually began to focus on customer satisfaction.Customer satisfaction in the field of car has been divided into Pre-sales satisfaction, sales satisfaction and service satisfaction, The author is a FAW-VW sales staff, this paper will be analyzed and discussed about sales satisfaction of FAW-VW central China region as an example.In this paper, through the assessment system research of sales satisfaction of the FAW-VW and using the results of the sales satisfaction analysis model, we can find the concrete problems and deficiencies in the sales process accurately. And then with the actual experience in central China district of FAW-VW and making a concrete and effective measures of improving sales satisfaction, we will solve the bottleneck problem of the dealer sales satisfaction, improve the overall operation management level of the dealers of FAW-VW, and then achieve high quality of sales targets of FAW-VW, those are High sales satisfaction, High brand loyalty and High pitch or buy again. By adopting the methods of literature review, second-hand data and content analysis, using a case of improving FAW-VW brand dealer sales satisfaction and studying the dealer case, we discuss the practical problems about operation management of dealer in order to puts forward some measures to ensure the FAW-VW in advantage position in the future automobile market.
