Manchurian Railway is a special company existed in northeast China between1906and1945, it is the core of Japanese management towards Manchuria. As to theaggression and nature of Manchurian Railway, Chinese and Japanese scholars havedifferent views. Chinese scholars mainly study the different kinds of aggression ofManchurian Railway, they criticize it as aggressor. Manchurian Railway,as a specialcompany, is a tool of Japanese government invading China. Meanwhile, it is acompany. Therefore, the nature of Manchurian Railway is complicated.This paper, different from above study, try to analyze the Manchurian Railwayfrom the inside from the respect of company culture. Based on the labor management,the company culture is examined. The reason why the labor management is the centerof the paper is that it plays the most important role in company culture.In this paper, based on a lot of first-hand materials, this thesis tries to from thenew perspective of corporate culture, clearly point out that the main properties ofMantie corporate culture is aggressive. It is also a counter against the right-wingforces in Japan who beautify the Mantie which is based on the specific historical data.However, everything has two sides. In addition to the aggressive(main aspects), someelements that support the operation of Mantie and the development of the corporationduring the post-war should also be paid attention to.
