Only 2.7 percentage of members think the corporate selection system to be fine, but most of people don’t think so.70 percentage of members are satisfied with the CI,61.9 percentage of members think they are lacked of the communication with their corporate, and 65.5 percentage of members think their corporate appreciates their team construction. In short, all of the members know their prospects and confident of their future, this is an excellent and healthy corporate culture. Thirdly, this paper given the diagosis report about the corporate culture advantage and weakness of the 5TH Engineering Company of China Railway Construction Eletrification Bureau Group Co.,Ltd. The results state clearly that this corporate have a distinct advantageous position of armed forces and monopolization. Also have a distinct inferior position of frame, personnel system, distribution Incentive system, crisis competition sense, team work sense and training system.
