In recent years, the massive influx of international food and beverage giant China,domestic food and beverage industry increasingly fierce competition. To this, cateringenterprises can quickly response to customer demand changes accurately, realizecustomer value to the greatest extent, has become the enterprise survival and sustainabledevelopment of important factor.Process reengineering is to meet customer demand as the guidance, activities relatedto the enterprise and related processes are critical to redesign and radical change, topromote the enterprise operating efficiency and performance improved. Is considered bythe business community is important way to improve enterprise core competitiveness.In this paper, using the business process reengineering of in recent years, the majorresearch achievements, customer value theory of M fast food restaurants service processreengineering project carried on the thorough research, put forward through anenterprise service process reengineering, enhance customer value, the basic idea ofconstructing the service process reengineering feasible path of food and beverageenterprise, in order to serve domestic catering enterprises to implement BPR, promoteenterprise’s core competitive ability to provide a reference.
