In the 21st century,the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the technological innovation can no longer satisfy the development of enterprises.If enterprises want to continue to develop and maintain their competitive advantages,they must be demand-oriented and people-oriented.Employee innovation is the motive force and source for enterprise.The exchange and sharing of new ideas or new skills in the organization can enable employees to continuously improve themselves and create more value.However,in practice,enterprises often have insufficient innovation motivation and lack of innovative behaviors.From the perspective of employees' psychological perception,this dissertation is closely related to the knowledge ownership of employees.Not all employees choose to actively share knowledge.The sharing of knowledge depends on the employees,own wishers.If they are not willing to share,knowledge hiding will occur.This phenomenon will hinder the transmission,integration and absorption of information.At the same time.it will reduce the generation of innovative behavior.This shows that knowledge hiding plays a certain role in the relationship between employees' psychological perception of knowledge and innovative behaviorIn order to further explore the relationship between employees' psychological state and innovative behavior,and to verify the intermediary effect of knowledge hiding,this dissertation establishes a model based on that knowledge-based psychological ownership is the independent variable,the knowledge hiding is the intermediary variable,the innovative behavior is the dependent variable through reviewing the literature.The data collection was conducted on the knowledge workers of some local enterprises and institutions in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and Shandong by means of questionnaire survey.The relationship is studied by correlation analysis,regression analysis and other method by using SPSS23.0 to process.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Organizational and personal knowledge-based psychological ownership have a negative impact on knowledge hiding,that is,the higher organizational and personal knowledge-based psychological ownership,the less knowledge hiding behavior.2.Knowledge hiding has a negative impact on innovative behavior,that is.knowledge hiding will inhibit the emergence of innovative behavior.3.Organizational and personal knowledge-based psychological ownership have a positive impact.That is,organizational and personal knowledge-based psychological ownership will promote the emergence of innovative behavior.4.Knowledge hiding plays the role of partial intermediary between the knowledge-based psychological ownership and innovative behavior.This dissertation is divided into six chapters,the first chapter mainly introduces the research background,problems,innovation points,methods and significance.The second chapter reviews the related research of knowledge-based psychological ownership,knowledge hiding and innovation behavior.The third chapter is based on the existing research basis to put forward six hypotheses.The fourth chapter illustrates the desian of the questionnaire,and collect data through the questionnaire.The filth chapter introduces the data processing analysis,the sixth chapter sums up the research results,shortcomings and hope.This study can help enterprises to find the reasons for the lack of innovative behavior from the psychological perspective of employees,promote employees' knowledge sharing behavior,reduce knowledge hiding behavior and improve innovative behavior.
