Today, there are rapid changes in social environment. With the knowledge workers in the80’s gradually becoming the enterprises’pillar, the various pressure and temptation they face is increasing. On the one hand, they should constantly update their mastery of the knowledge and technology in order to reduce the risk of being marginalized and eliminated at any time, on the other hand, they need to accumulate capital, start a family and provide for their family. They face the reality of pressure, but at the same time they are expecting to realize their personal value. In constantly pursuit and choice, they try to stay in an organization which is matching for them. They hope when they make the grade for the organization, at the same time they can reap their rewards on the material and spiritual and own their blue sky in the high speed development society.Enterprises also gradually realize the importance of good employees and they are aware of the need to do efforts for good staff to get their loyalty and trust to the organization. Through making these employees get the organizational psychological ownership and recognition, and then let them gradually convert their cognitive to daily operation and be highly engaged in the work practice. In this way the realistic and full of ideals and aspirations of a generation has a stage to exert their talent, and enterprises can obtain and retain the talents.Therefore, this study possess psychology in the field of psychological ownership as the breakthrough point, work engagement the hot issues in the field of positive psychology as the outcome variable, and organizational identification in the field of organizational behavior as a mediated variable. In order to improve the work input levels of the80’s knowledge workers, and improve the present situation of the enterprise human resources management, this paper come up with the new idea that realizes the enterprise and employees grow together. For the purpose, on the basis of analysis of literature, through questionnaires and individual interviews and other empirical methods to obtain data, and through the descriptive statistics analysis, population statistics variable analysis of variance, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to study psychological ownership, organizational identification, job involvement, this paper get the main research conclusions as follows:1The psychological ownership is significantly associated with work engagement of the80’s knowledge workers, and the psychological ownership has different degree’s effect on different dimensions of the work engagement.2The psychological ownership is significantly associated with organizational identity of the80’s knowledge workers, and the psychological ownership has different degree’s effect on different dimensions of organizational identity.3The organizational identity is significantly associated with work engagement of the80’s knowledge workers, and different dimensions of organizational identity have different degree’s effect on different dimensions of work engagement.4The organizational identity palys the intermediary effect between the organizational psychological ownership and work engagement.
