In recent years, following with the change of business technology environment, knowledge gets more and more people’s attention, and gradually becomes an important source of organizational strategic competitive advantage, and to effectively manage the employees’knowledge is an important part in the process of enterprise development. For many enterprises, how to give scope to the employees’enthusiasm and initiative in the process of creating, using and sharing knowledge in order to realize the dynamic management of knowledge, is currently the bottleneck of enterprise knowledge management, and the key of the process is the knowledge sharing. How to promote knowledge sharing behavior of employees is the most important problem which needed to be attacked. Although more and more scholars both at home and abroad had researched the antecedent variables of the employees’knowledge sharing behavior, but the research for solving the problem is still constantly in progress, each scholar hope to get more effective solutions. American scholar Pierce, etc in1991, put forward the concept of "psychological ownership", they believe that psychological ownership will affect the employees’attitude and behavior within the organization. Afterwards, a large number of scholars began to study the meaning of the psychological ownership for organizational management, and they confirmed that there was significant correlation between the employees’ attitude and behavior and the psychological ownership. Until now there is still few related studies at home and abroad to research whether there is relationship between psychological ownership and knowledge sharing. And based on the background, this paper is to observe and study the relationship between psychological ownership and knowledge sharing. While putting forward the concept of "psychological ownership", Pierce also suggested a role model of psychological ownership, through the model they thought psychological ownership would impact on employee’s attitudes and behaviors through some intermediate variables (such as organizational commitment), therefore, this study will introduce a variable of organizational commitment to probe into the mediation role of organizational commitment between psychological ownership and knowledge sharing.The study is to investigate the influence of psychological ownership on knowledge sharing, Based on reading a lot of literature, we firstly elaborates the theory of the psychological ownership, knowledge sharing and organizational commitment, and then build relational model between psychological ownership and knowledge sharing, puts forward the research hypothesis, namely, the psychological ownership has significantly positively related to organizational commitment, there is relationship the psychological ownership with knowledge sharing, organizational commitment is positively related to knowledge sharing and organizational commitment has a mediating effect on the relationship between the psychological ownership and knowledge sharing. At the same time, using the methods of empirical research, the author designs questionnaire, collects the data, and then analyses the obtained data by the method of mathematical statistics, as well as to do the analysis of the questionnaire’s reliability and validity inspection, which confirms that the establishment of the assumptions, and then puts forward relevant management recommendations from the angle of psychological ownership hoping to provide some new perspectives and ideas for the knowledge management personnel, and provide a little theoretical support for the enterprise to promote knowledge sharing behavior of employees.
